2002—A small cape made large, useful and beautiful for a growing family. Downstairs, a proper entry with mudroom and laundry space, a new kitchen, dining room, and study; upstairs, expanded bedroom and storage spaces including a sunny new high-ceilinged master bedroom.  The addition of two porches (the full entry porch shown plus a screen porch off the dining room) made a huge difference to this home in appeal and function.

I did the design and K.D. Johnston of Strafford VT did a fine job with construction.
